The Quesnel River Rush need you!!! Without our community’s help, game day is not an option. Volunteering is like being the heartbeat of the community. It’s a chance to show your support in the most hands-on way possible—by rolling up your sleeves and pitching in. When you volunteer, you’re not just helping the team run smoothly, you’re showing your neighbours, friends, and family that we are all in this together.
From setting up for games, selling tickets, running the score clock or sitting behind a video camera and everything in between, your contributions make a real difference, both on and off the ice. But it’s not just about the tasks you complete—it’s about the connections you make and the sense of pride you feel knowing that you’re part of something special.
When we come together to support our team, we’re not just building a winning season, we’re building a stronger, more connected community.

Welcome Quesnel River Rush Players into Your Home!!
As the Quesnel River Rush prepare for the 2024-2025 season, we are looking for host families for our out-of-town players.
Hosting a young athlete can be an exciting and rewarding experience for those who wish to open their homes. These players, aged 16 to 20, are often away from home for the first time and adjusting to a higher level of hockey, a new school, and an unfamiliar community. Your support as a host family is crucial to their success, and something that plays a very important role.
Hosting a player can create strong, lasting bonds between the player, the host family, and the player’s family. By providing a safe and supportive home atmosphere, you will help these young men develop both on and off the ice, enriching their lives and creating lasting memories for both the players and your family.
These players are young and in need of rules, guidance, friendship, and acceptance.
